Everyday single day the babies grew bigger...

This is how looked after only a few short weeks from hatching. Look how perky and bright eyed they are!

They took turns perching on the edge of the nest to flutter their wings

Then one morning there were two, then an hour later just one baby remained.

Within an hour the nest was completely empty for good.

We were happy to see the two babies perched nearby in the persimmon tree. They are watching their mother fly swiftly amongst the branches.
